It shows pictures but not as advertised
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
OK, I’m very disappointed in this frame. I bought this not because of price but because of the Collage and Radiant Color features. Neither one works. If there’s a setting for them, good luck finding it! The quick start guide is all you get with this frame and it’s essentially the same thing as the PDF on the CD in the box. There just are no settings for collage or the radiant. You can set border color but you can’t turn the Radiant on or off, which in my case seems to be off if it’s even there to begin with. No color bleed on smaller photos at all, just black, white or gray borders.
The collage feature? Wow that sounds great! Um, how do you turn it on? Oh yeah, the auto-rotate feature… that doesn’t work either!
While I’m slamming this I shouldn’t forget to mention the interface that seems like it was transported from 6 years ago. The buttons are awful and the interface itself is just a mess.
It shows pictures, the date and time. Great. Beyond that, spend your money elsewhere. This sucker is going back.

Lots of compliments on frame…

Good for up-close viewing only as the picture size is small. Overall is a good product.

Good quality/ price, but difficult user interface
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
This product has great picture quality and is at a very reasonable price, but is not very user-friendly. It is difficult to change settings, and the user manual is not very helpful. This product has *NO* battery life, which means all settings (including the date and time) must be reset if the photo frame is ever unplugged.

Has a Mind of Its Own!

Got this frame for Christmas. Loaded my first batch of pictures on the internal memory. Only 5MB. Flash memory is what… $6 for 2GB these days. But this frame can use an SD card so I’m good right? Wrong. Loaded 50MB of pictures and the slide show runs for less than 1 second per picture no matter what setting you have it on. The auto off/on function works sometimes to turn the thing off, but won’t turn it on. The picture quality is fine, but everything else has been very frustrating.

Dead After 18 Months
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Mine died after 18 months. Phillips website was no help. Customer Service informed me it was out of warrantee and I could go buy a new one. Will not be buying another Phillips. Worked well beforehand although not always very convenient to load. But cannot recommend a product with such a short lifespan.
