I purchased the Homedics Massage Cushion with heat a few months ago because my other one stopped working on one side. It is so unbelievable!! The heat makes a big difference and I can place the upper massage rollers in just the right place. I put the cushion on my office chair and it makes all of the stress for the day go away.

This cushion is great. It gives a massage to relieve tension in the neck area and a full back massage to help relieve muscle tightness. We love the automatic time limit, otherwise, I might sit there for an hour. We recommend to product.

Too much of a good thing?

My little brother had the 300H and I loved it. Bought the bigger, better 500H as it had the shoulder massage. The main problem is that the lower back rollers do not go high enough up your back for me, I’m over 6 foot, or my wife, she’s around 5 foot tall. Further, the shoulder massage doesn’t really do anything. The 300H hits the whole spine. They over-engineered the 500 in my opinion.

Our back and shoulder massager arrived ahead of schedule and works like a charm. My husband and myself are retirees who still think they are 40 years old and often have back and shoulder strains. This unit is wonderful because it is programable to hit just the right spots. The free shipping didn’t hurt annything either seeing as how we are both on social security. It’s a great product and would reccommend it to anyone who has muscle back strains. We bought it because of the Homedics foot massager which we got earlier that has cured our plantar factitious problems.

feels great but be careful not to use too long the first day if you are using the rollers because you may become very sore. Sometimes it feels like the heat is on all the time but I like the automatic shutoff at least that way you do not abuse yourself unless you use the rollers the first day as I did 15 min x 4. So sore the next day. Learned my lesson. Would recommend highly
