For one, it did not go low enough down my back to reach the really painful areas. The pressure applied to my upper back was very harsh and painful and only hit my bones not my muscles. I wish it would reach above my shoulder blades and part of my neck. I have really severe fibromyalgia and I was so hoping this would bring me relief. Sorry for this poor review. Disappointing
