broken hearted little boy

Where to start.. ordered a blue guitar, got a black one. String broke out of the box. Couldn’t tune at all. Then the bridge totally came off! very upset, my son was so excited to have a guitar. oh there is no where to attach the strap too, and the zipper was broke on the case. We are a musical family and he loves them. Now he can’t even play it. will try and return it. Will never order from them again

I searched around for a good guitar for my five year old brother this one looks pretty good so I decided to buy it. I think I got ripped off because the guitar doesn’t look anything like the picture except for the fact that it looks like a guitar. first off, I think my five year old brother could do a better job painting it than whoever made it did. Second, The G String Broke as soon as I took it out of the box I DIDNT EVEN TUNE IT YET. none of the strings would tune correctly. The bag in the picture was black buy I received some horrible red one. The tuners are ridiculously inaccurate. yes, I know that it is cheap but it probably only took you about two seconds, no machines, and two dollars to make this so don’t tell me the production cost are this high. If you ask me you this company needs to not have such a high markup on their product. Austin are good manufacturers of full size guitars(From My experience thus far) But just because it is a kids guitar doesn’t mean it shouldn’t sound at least a little like a real guitar. My description of the sound is like a Chinese restaurants music, If that is what you are looking for than go right ahead but that is not mine or my brothers style. I hope that unless the recipient of this product just breaks them then don’t buy this product.

Don’t waste your money on this guitar. The zipper broke on the case after a week, you can’t tune the guitar, there is no where to attach the strap to the guitar, the strings started breaking after 2 weeks and the paint job is not very good.
